Project Slice, a Palo Alto online shopping startup, has raised $9.4 million in a venture funding round led by DCM and Lightspeed Venture Partners.

Also participating are Google (GOOG) Executive Chairman Eric Schmidt’s Innovation Endeavors, Mike Maples’ Floodgate and tech investors Michael Birch and Rick Thompson, the startup announced today.

Project Slice also is launching an All My Purchases app for Yahoo’s (YHOO) newly overhauled Mail service. The app helps online shoppers who use Yahoo Mail keep track of electronic receipts.

“Our vision is to become the standard for helping consumers organize all of their purchases,” Project Slice co-founder and CEO Scott Brady said in a news release.
